KP-Series gaseous engines are available in 3, 4, and 6-cylinder configurations, and are EPA-certified for stationary/nonroad mobile and emergency standby. KP engines come with naturally aspirated induction systems or turbocharged and charge air-cooled. Certified operating fuels for KP-Series engines include natural gas (pipeline, wellhead) and propane. These engines feature J1939 CANbus communication, a spark-ignited combustion system, and a water-cooled cooling system.
